M/s. SUNRISE ENTERPRISES is a Govt. Licensed CLASS I ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS and ENGINEERS established in the year 2011 as a sole proprietorship company by Mr.Kumaraswamy B.R., based in Bengaluru.

We handle electrical installations for Industries/factories, commercial complexes, residential and service apartments, software facilities, data centers, IT and BT facilities, banks, educational institutions, retail stores, whole sale stores, hospitals, hotels and resorts, corporate offices, multi-storied buildings, group housing projects, street lighting, LT and HT distribution system and sub-station works.

The Electrical Installation works also involves obtaining necessary statutory approvals like NOC, CEIG approvals to avail power supply, safety certificate and service clearance of the installation from respective authorities/Government departments.

We also undertake Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, Security systems, Networking, Interior and Civil works.

Having 16years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering and allied fields and having vast experience in the areas of Project management – Project Planning, Estimation, Scheduling, Execution and Site supervision, Man power management and Material management.

Design of Electrical Layouts, SLD’s, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HT and LT equipment’s for high rise buildings, Industries and Software development campuses etc..,

Preparation of drawings, specifications, cable schedule, bill of quantity and tender documents, tender evaluation, negotiation with contractors/suppliers and awarding of work.

Operation and Maintenance of Software Development Facilities

Design, Coordination, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical, HVAC, Access control system, Fire alarm system, Public address system, CCTV system, Plumbing works, Fire protection system and Building Management systems etc..,
